Copy / Paste

Two ways to install.

Most employees use the Quick Method: copy the rendered signature and paste it into their email client. The Advanced Method uses the raw HTML, useful for clients that support a "Source" or "Edit HTML" view.

  1. Click Copy Rendered Signature below. This copies the visible signature with all formatting.
  2. Open your email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) and find the Signature settings.
  3. Paste into the signature editor.
  4. Replace the bracketed fields with your own information.
  5. Save. Send yourself a test email to verify the signature renders correctly.
Tip: To copy with formatting, click the button below. The signature is now on your clipboard. Paste it into your email client's signature editor.
  1. Click Copy HTML Source below.
  2. In your email client, find the option to edit signature source (Gmail does not offer this; use Quick Method instead). In Outlook, open the signature .htm file in a text editor. In Apple Mail, edit the .mailsignature file in ~/Library/Mail/V10/MailData/Signatures/.
  3. Paste the HTML into the source view.
  4. Replace the bracketed fields with your own information.
  5. Save and restart the email client.

Install Guides

Step-by-step by client.

  1. Open Gmail on desktop in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Sign in to your @menswellnesscenters.com account.
  2. Scroll to the Preview section above and click Copy Rendered Signature.
  3. Click the gear icon (top right) → See all settingsGeneral tab.
  4. Scroll to Signature. Click + Create new and name it "MWC".
  5. Click inside the signature editor box and paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V). The formatted signature should appear.
  6. Replace the bracketed fields with your own information.
  7. Under Signature defaults, set "MWC" for both new emails and replies/forwards.
  8. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. Send yourself a test email.
  1. Open Outlook (desktop, Windows or Mac).
  2. Open this page in a browser, scroll to the Preview, and click Copy Rendered Signature.
  3. In Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures (Windows) or Outlook → Settings → Signatures (Mac).
  4. Click New. Name it "MWC". Click inside the editor and paste.
  5. Replace the bracketed fields.
  6. Set "MWC" as the default signature for new messages and replies/forwards.
  7. Click OK / Save. Send yourself a test email.
  8. If images don't display, recipients may see "Download external images." This is normal Outlook behavior, not a signature problem.
  1. Open Mail on Mac.
  2. Scroll to the Preview above and click Copy Rendered Signature.
  3. Go to Mail → Settings → Signatures.
  4. Select your @menswellnesscenters.com account on the left. Click the + button to add a signature. Name it "MWC".
  5. Click inside the right pane and paste. Uncheck "Always match my default message font" so formatting is preserved.
  6. Replace the bracketed fields.
  7. From the "Choose Signature" dropdown at the bottom, select "MWC" so it's used by default.
  8. Close Settings. Send yourself a test email.
  1. Set up the signature on a desktop client first (Gmail, Outlook, or Mail). Sync via your email provider where possible.
  2. For iPhone Mail's native signature: open this page in Safari, scroll to the Preview, tap and hold to select the entire signature block, and choose Copy.
  3. Open Settings → Mail → Signature.
  4. Tap the signature field, select all existing text, delete it, then paste.
  5. iPhone Mail strips most HTML formatting. Expect a plain-text fallback. For full formatting, send from desktop.
  6. Alternative: use the Gmail or Outlook iOS apps, which sync the signature you set on desktop.
